Before opening, franchisees complete a four-week online pre-training program followed by up to 2-weeks Academy Training, which combines virtual learning with hands-on instruction at the Home Franchise Concepts Experience Center in Dallas. There, you’ll work alongside experienced trainers while learning about sales, business operations, products, services, and more. 

Training doesn’t end when you open your business. Bath Tune-Up owners participate in a structured 12-week launch plan with accountability, led by a dedicated launch team, and have access to ongoing education courses, AI-assisted sales coaching, and operational resources designed to support them throughout their ownership journey.
